Das Zimmer istLooking for a temporary stay in Zurich? I have a room available for rent in a shared apartment at the Mehr als Wohnen cooperative in Oerlikon. The cooperative provides a very pleasant environment with community activities and events. You'll share the apartment space with a friendly female flatmate, 29, who is currently pursuing her PhD.

Key Details:

Availability: Ideally from June 1st to the end of August, with some flexibility in dates.

Preference: We prefer a female tenant between 24-30 years old, but we are open to different profiles :)

Living Arrangements: This shared apartment features one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room that doubles as a movie room, a balcony (big enough for summer BBQs), and two private bedrooms (one of which will be yours).

The room: The 15.2m2 room is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, two desks, a large dresser for clothes, and a nightstand.

Deposit: One month's rent (1100 CHF)

The rent includes heating, hot water, electricity, internet, billag and liability insurance.
